Now there’s a Dock (accessible by swiping up from the home screen) that gives you quick access to favorite apps.
2. Fitness and Health
There is a big update for fitness category. Apart from a new fitness watch face, WatchOS 3 will allow you to share activity data with friends and family, which has long been featured fitness trackers from competitors Fitbit and Garmin. The new app, called Breathe, that is designed to help users practice deep breathing.
3. Easy setting
Now the WatchOS 3 system provides quick access to battery life and settings for Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb and more. A new feature, called Scribble, will let users write and respond to messages using their fingers.
Most importantly, WatchOS 3 adds a special SOS feature. When you press and hold the side button, the watch will be able to dial emergency services and share your location.
4. Work, Home and More
Now you can use the new Home app to manage all your HomeKit-enabled devices from your watch. And unlock the mac is easy too. And WatchOS is available to developers now.
