How to Change Apple Watch Faces

Change your Apple Watch watch face now to make it suit your style and personality.

Thanks for the new launch of watchOS 3, it's become very easy to change watch face on your Apple Watch. Simply swipe smoothly your finger across from the righthand edge of the watch face to the lefthand edge, and it'll change to the next watch face you've got queued up.

With just one minute, you can change your Apple Watch from chronograph to color, modular to utility, Mickey or Minnie Mouse to simple, motion to solar, astronomy to... you get the faces you want.

Switch to a different face-To choose a face on your Apple Watch, use these steps:
  1. From your watch face, swipe left or right from edge to edge to change the face.
  2. Stop when you get to the face that you want to use.

    Customize your watch face

    1. Press the Digital Crown to go to the watch face.
    2. Firmly press the display.
    3. Swipe left or right to choose a face, then tap Customize.
    4. Swipe left or right to select a feature, then turn the Digital Crown to change it. For example, you might change the color of the second hand or the markings on the face.
    5. Swipe all the way to the left to edit complications. Tap a complication to select it, then turn the Digital Crown to change it. You can also add complications from other apps.
    6. When you’re finished, press the Digital Crown to save your changes.
    7. Tap the watch face to set it as your current face.
    You can also customize your watch face from your iPhone. Open the Apple Watch app, then tap the Face Gallery tab.
